Hello and welcome! I am Anna, and I am glad to see your desire and courage to brighten your life by working on self-realization and self-improvement. I will be happy to support you on your journey!
I have a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work from Portland State University, and have 8 years of experience working with different populations and communities, including working with families of little children 0-3, with teen age young adults having issues with CJ system and their families, individuals struggling with addictions and their families, working with adults and older adults and their families on healing traumas, addressing grief, depression, anxiety and other feelings/mood/mind related issues.
